Natalie hails from beautiful South Africa but has been fortunate to call the US her home for al- most 15 years. A working career that has taken her from the corporate world to being a small business owner and a professional mom, and now the spearhead of Decorus Home Staging. Her husband and herself are real estate investors, ranging from long term rentals, short term vacation rentals, building from scratch and even flipping. She has been fortunate enough to have been both on the side of the buyer and the seller. Through many transactions, she has an expanding knowledge of the how the real estate industry works and a clear understanding of a changing market in the world of technology.

Natalie is an award winning vacant home stager, voted Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging and 2018 Top 10 RESA Rising Star Home Stager of the Year – Vacant. She was vote top 75 most influential in 2019 and is the RESA top 10 Vacant Stager – 2019. She has served on the RESA Seattle board for the last two year as president elect and president and looks forward to continuing serving on the board as Secretary in 2020. She is accredited through Certified Staging Professionals, Staging Design Professional, a Certified Color Consultant, an Occupied Staging Specialist and a member of Real Estate Staging Association. a RESA-Pro. Her knowledge of how to prepare a home for sale, fresh ideas of how to accomplish the proposed recommendations and the desire to showcase each home in its best and beautiful light, will make the investment in home staging worth it!
Shane’s experience working for large Tech firms with roles ranging from Datacenter Operation roles to Systems Architecture of some of the largest website infrastructures in the world.

Shane’s 15+ year experience in Technology has allowed him to transfer his knowledge of scaling and logistics of 10,000+ Machine computer farms, and all the related scaling issues, into the world of staging. Applying the same principles used to save time and money in an operations environ- ment but now applied to Staging Logistics. Put simply how to do more with less.
Always thinking ahead and how to increase productivity, efficiency and minimizing our time on site, has made him a huge reason for Decorus’s success. He is the mastermind behind our operation and he continues to strive to better our day to day operation and is passionate about sharing it with the staging community.
